Roast Coffee Academy was founded in 2021 with a simple belief: coffee and pastry are more than skills they are pathways to creativity, community, and opportunity. Based in Kampala we expand our service to Nairobi blending East Africa’s rich heritage with world‑class training, empowering students to master barista craft, pastry artistry, and café entrepreneurship.

Our mission is to provide accessible, professional education that meets international standards while celebrating local flavors and traditions. Through hands‑on workshops, mentorship, and community engagement, we prepare graduates not only to excel in cafés and bakeries worldwide, but also to lead sustainable ventures that uplift their communities.
